- I listen: In order to successfully diagnose and identify the needs and objectives of my clients, I listen to them very attentively.
- I care: The moment, my clients hand me over their one of the most expensive transactions, it becomes my ethical duty to handle it with utmost care.
- I make a plan: Whether selling or buying property for my clients, it needs to be planned. All it needs is an initial meeting with the clients at a comfortable place. I involve my clients, we discuss the plan and start working on it, it bring better results.
- I co-operate: Whether selling or buying, I fully co-operate with other realtors because I understand the importance of the transaction for my clients.
- I recommend: If needed, I make certain recommendations to my clients to the best of my knowledge, judgement and experience.
- I investigate: Time to time, I need to go extra mile and dig deeper for certain information to bring the facts into light, so that the clients can make informed decision.
- I negotiate: Negotiation skills are highly important when dealing real estate and I am proud of being blessed with extremely strong yet subtle negotiation skills.
- I bring results: It is my strong belief that there is no substitute for hard work. This is the key for me to bring results to the table.
