My 7 Point Marketing Plan for Your Property

I am a full time realtor, and I have continued my education and training, market research and local knowledge to ensure that I am always your best choice of Realtor in Vancouver, Surrey and North Delta area.

As part of my guarantee that I will apply myself to getting top dollar for your home in a timely fashion, here are just some of the ways that I execute a marketing plan to get your home some exposure:

1. Quality Still Photos

Almost 80% of all home searches today begin on the Internet. With just a few clicks of the mouse, home buyers can search through hundreds of online listings, view virtual tours, and sort through dozens of photographs for each listing. These days, this is just the way it is done. Not all Realtors pay enough attention to detail for listing photographs.

I always ensure that every one of my listings is well represented with high quality digital photographs that are easily viewable online. Our goal is to make buyers wants your home before they have ever visited your property.

2. Video Tours

In addition to high quality still images, I can offer a video tour of your home, giving buyers a chance to really get a feeling for what it is like to move about the space. Video tours have become a lot more popular of the last few years, and are still a very good way to make your listing stand out from the rest.

3. Full Internet Exposure, Including Craiglist

On my website, your listing will be tastefully presented with a slide-show of high quality digital photos, your video, online maps and a full description. There is even an easy-to-print listing sheet with all of the property details, and photographs of the listing for buyers to print our for easy reference, or as give-aways at an open house.

Upon sellers' choice, I will also enter listings onto Craigslist, as a growing number of buyers do their home search on the popular online classified advertising site. It's just one of the many ways I make your home and my contact information available to prospective buyers.

4. New Technology, Social Media, Twitter, Etc.

Social Media is new ground for everyone, and I am no exception. But I have never been afraid of change, or a new learning oppourtunity. Lately, I've been making a point to embrace some of these new tools, and make myself available by way of these networks.

5. Marketing Your Property Aggressively and Effectively

When it comes time to negotiate the sale of your home with potential buyers and their Realtor, I'll be on you side, and I will represent your interests to the best of my ability.

6. Professional Full Color Yard Signs

It is the oldest real estate marketing tool, and it is still one of the best. As a way of capturing walk-by traffic, and marking your home as availabe on your market for visiting buyers, I provide ample signage at your home.

7. Open House

An open house is a great way to market your property, especially when your listing first becomes available on the market. If we agree, I will conduct an open house to announce your new listing to the world, in an attempt to create a buying frenzy.

If you are ready to discuss about listing your home, or even what your home might be worth in today's market, then visit my contact page or call me at 604-537-5951, and I'll be more than happy to help.
